The holiday season is upon us and the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has already begun to announce toys, clothes and other child products that are being recalled.  Many of the toys are being recalled due to high levels of lead, a heavy medal that can cause developmental disabilities in young children as well as for other health dangers.   Parents have become more aware of the dangers in toys imported from China.  However, children’s products that are imported from other Southeast Asian countries also have high ~ and illegal ~ amounts of lead in them.
