Check out these two sources for information on FASD:

Teratology Society of America. The website is http://www.teratology.org/pubs/alcohol.pdf

Another great website is the Organization of Teratology Information Services OTIS.

This site is a tremendous resource for health care providers, consumers and many governmental and non-profit agencies who have concerns about the health and welfare of families, women and children. It puts it all together and will be a great asset to those who seek accurate information on preventing FASD and other conditions. It should be highlighted by all agencies involved in the movement toward Prevention of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities.

Hi Rosie,

The blog looks great- definately catches the eye with the bright colors. At the November FASD Task Force meeting, Ann Wilson, Denise Palermo, and I worked together and composed a list of sites that we thought would be helpful to have listed on the blog on a yellow peice of paper and submitted it to you at the end of the meeting. Included on that list was the link to the Prevention Coalition website, www.coalitionforprevention.org as well as The Arc of NJ's site which provides FASD educational info at www.thearc.org. I know we had more links on that list but can't recall all of them . . .

Have a safe holiday!
