Dr. Sherry Everett Jones will be speaking about data from CDC’s School Health Policies and Programs Study (SHPPS) on Tuesday, July 13, 2010 @ 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. for AAIDD’s EHI teleconference series. Recently, the Department of Health and Senior Services, in partnership with Gateway Maternal Child Health Consortium, held an educational seminar entitled Perinatal Mood Disorders: Unexpected Outcomes. The event included expert presentations designed to help healthcare and social service providers identify the risks and occurence of perinatal mood disorders when unexpected yet unpreventable circumstances are present.
