The University of Washington is often sited in reference to FAS and here are two sites of interest.
For extensive, current research about prevention, intervention and treatment of FAS and FASD the Fetal Alcohol and Drug Unit is a wonderful resource. There is also a link to the combined website of the Law School and School of Medicine regarding legal issues confronted by individuals with FAS/FASD, and what the courts decided.
How is FAS diagnosed? The Fetal Alcohol Syndrome Diagnostic and Prevention website is a resource for training interdisciplinary teams in the 4-Digit Diagnostic Code and provides computerized facial photographic analysis for diagnosis and research.
